摘　　要：目的:基于关联规则与聚类分析探讨中药治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床处方用药规律。方法:收集赣州市确诊COVID-19患者住院期间使用的中药处方资料,建立治疗COVID-19的中药处方数据库,基于关联规则、k均值聚类分析模型等方法并通过使用中医传承计算平台(V3.0)对中药治疗COVID-19的组方用药规律进行分析。结果:纳入40例采用中医药进行治疗的COVID-19患者,共计中药处方95张,中药共计53味。高频药物包括桂枝、麻黄、苦杏仁、射干等,四气主要集中在寒、平、温,五味主要集中在甘、苦、辛,归经主要归于肺经,药物类别以清热药、解表类、补虚类和化痰止咳平喘类为主,挖掘共得到高频药物组合11个,关联规则22条,聚类分析获得3类组方。结论:中药治疗COVID-19处方以清热类药物为主,佐以解表药、补虚药和化痰止咳平喘药等,相关药物与类方组合可为中医辨治COVID-19提供一定的用药参考。Objective:To discuss the medication rules of clinical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of COVID-19 based on association rules and clustering algorithm.Methods:Data on prescriptions of TCM used by patients with COVID-19 in Ganzhou were collected,and established a prescription database of TCM for the treatment of COVID-19.Based on association rules,k-means clustering algorithm model,the rule of TCM in the treatment of COVID-19 was analyzed by the TCM inheritance computing platform(V3.0).Results:A total of 40 COVID-19 patients treated with TCM were enrolled,including 95 TCM prescriptions and 53 TCM ingredients.High-frequency drugs include Cinnamomi Ramulus,Ephedra Herba,Bitter almond,Belamcandae Rhizome,and so on.The majority effect of the medicines are with cold,flat and warm,and the medicinal flavors are sweet,bitter,and spicy.the meridian of medicines is mainly attributed to lung meridian.The drug category is mainly heat clearing,relieving appearance,tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm.11 high-frequency drug combinations and 22 association rules were obtained,and cluster analysis divided drug combinations into 3 groups.Conclusion:The heat clearing drug are mainly composition of clinical prescriptions of TCM in the treatment of COVID-19,relieving appearance,tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm.The combination of related drugs and prescriptions can provide a certain reference for the treatment of COVID-19 in TCM.
