摘 要:本文在深入了解马铃薯机械化收获过程的基础上,设计了4U-110型马铃薯挖掘机。田间试验结果表明,该机在挖掘深度230mm,挖掘铲的最大倾角为29°,分离筛的线速度为1.46 m/s时,测得明薯率>96.44%,漏薯率<3.16%,伤薯率<2.56%,挖掘平稳,分离效果好,满足马铃薯的收获要求。在本试验的测定中发现,土壤含水率对明薯率影响较为显著,且存在线性关系。Based on the thorough understanding of the mechanized potato harvesting process, the 4U-110 potato harvester was designed. The field test results showed that the digging depth of the machine was 230 mm, the maximum inclination of the digging shovel was 29° and the linear speed of the separating screen was 1.46 m/s. The measured percentage of clear potatoes was more than 96.44%, the percentage of leaking potatoes was less than 3.16 %, and the percentage of injured potatoes was less than 2.56%. The digging was stable, the separating effect was good, and the potato harvest requirements were met. In the determination of this experiment, it was found that soil moisture content had a significant impact on the percentage of sweet potatoes, and there was a linear relationship.
