老年体育文化构成因素现状研究——以杭州市为例

摘　　要：老年体育文化是推动群众体育及老年体育发展的内在动力。为了解我国老年体育文化现状,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法确定老年体育文化模型构成维度,开发由意识文化、行为文化及物质文化3个二级因素及相应10个三级子因素构成的调研问卷,并以层次分析法得出各因素相对上一级权重,对杭州市小区老年体育活动参与者进行实地问卷调研。结果显示在体育文化二级因素上,行为文化权重最高(0.659),三级因素中锻炼权重最高(0.481)。除在意识文化方面男性得分高于女性(P<0.05),总体而言男女性别间在各因素间差异不大。高年龄段老年人对体育文化及其构成因素的得分较低年龄段人群为低(P<0.01)。研究结果提示可从增强老年人体育健康意识、协调改善体育活动场地设施等方面提升我国老年体育文化水平,为“健康中国”及“全面小康”战略服务。Sports culture for the elderly is the internal driving force to promote the development of mass sports.In order to provide suggestions for improving the demand and supply of sports culture of the elderly, the current situation of sports culture of the elderly in the Hangzhou community was studied through literature method, expert interviews and on-site research, and other methods.Sports culture was composed of 3 second-level factors and 10 third-level sub-factors. The results showedthat in terms of sports culture secondary factors, the highest weight was 0.659 of behavioral culture with the analytic hierarchy process. There were few gender differences in various factors except that awareness of sports in men was higher than that in women(P<0.05). The scores of sports culture and its components in older citizens were lower than those in younger groups(P<0.01). Some advice could be suggested for the "Comprehensive Well-off Society" and the "Healthy China Strategy" from the organizational construction of sports activities, enhancing the awareness of sports health, and coordinating and improving sports venues andfacilities for the elderly.
