摘 要:目的:优选胶体磨法制备牡丹皮挥发油包合物的最佳工艺。方法:以包合物得率和丹皮酚包合率的综合评分为评价指标,采用正交试验设计方法,考察挥发油与乙醇比例、β-环糊精(β-CD)与油比例、β-CD与水比例、包合时间对包合效果的影响;通过薄层鉴别、显微成像鉴别、紫外扫描法鉴别3种不同的鉴别方法检验挥发油包合效果。结果:确定牡丹皮挥发油包合的最佳工艺条件为:油与乙醇比例1∶5,β-CD与油比例7∶1,β-CD与水比例1∶7,包合时间15 min。结论:胶体磨法制备牡丹皮挥发油包合物的工艺稳定可行。Objective:To optimize the preparation of volatile oil inclusion compound from Moutan Coretex by colloid milling.Methods:The yield of inclusion compound and the inclusion rate of Paeonol were used as evaluation indexes.The orthogonal design method was used to examine the effects of the ratio of volatile oil to ethanol, β-CD to oil, β-CD to water, and the inclusion time.The inclusion compound of volatile oil was identified by TLC,micro-imaging and UV scanning.Results:The best conditions were as follows: The ratio of oil to ethanol was 1∶5,the ratio of β-CD to oil 7∶1,the ratio of β-CD to water 1∶7,the inclusion time 15 min.Conclusion:The preparation of volatile oil inclusion compound of Moutan Coretex is stable and feasible by colloid milling.
