参苓白术散加减穴位贴敷治疗儿童抗生素相关腹泻临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参苓白术散加减穴位贴敷对小儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将90例抗生素相关性腹泻患儿随机分为3组,分别为穴位贴敷治疗组、枯草杆菌二连活菌治疗组、对照组。治疗7天后评估临床疗效、止泻时间、脱水纠正时间及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)的变化情况。结果:穴位贴敷治疗组总有效率96.67%,止泻时间(2.96±0.73)d,脱水纠正时间(1.58±0.52)d;枯草杆菌二连活菌治疗组总有效率73.33%,止泻时间(3.43±0.62)d,脱水纠正时间(1.92±0.65)d;对照组有效率60.00%,止泻时间(3.89±0.89)d,脱水纠正时间(2.34±0.58)d。穴位贴敷治疗组有效率显著高于枯草杆菌二连活菌治疗组(P<0.05)和对照组(P<0.05);穴位贴敷治疗组止泻时间和脱水纠正时间短于枯草杆菌二连活菌治疗组和对照组(P<0.05);穴位贴敷治疗后血清hs-CRP(P<0.05)、IL-6(P<0.05)表达水平较治疗前明显降低,均低于枯草杆菌二连活菌治疗组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散加减穴位贴敷可以缓解脾虚湿盛证小儿腹泻。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Acupoint Application of Shenling Baizhu powder in antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children.Methods:90 cases of children with antibiotic-associated diarrhea were randomly divided into three groups.30 cases in the group of Shenling Baizhu powder, 30 cases in the group of live bacillus subtilis, 30 cases in the control group.After therapy of 7 days, the curative effect, antidiarrheal time and dehydration correction time were counted.The levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6) before and after treatment were compared among three groups.Results:The effective rate of the Shenling Baizhu powder treatment group was 96.67%,the antidiarrheal time was(3.89±0.89) d, and the dehydration correction time was(1.58±0.52) d, The effective rate of the live bacillus subtilis treatment group was 73.33%,the antidiarrheal time was(3.43±0.62) d, and the dehydration correction time was(1.92±0.65) d, The effective rate of the control group was 60.00%,the antidiarrheal time was(2.34±0.58) d, and the dehydration correction time was(1.92±0.65) d.The effective rate of the Shenling Baizhu powder treatment group was higher than live bacillus subtilis treatment group(P<0.05) and the control group(P<0.05);The antidiarrheal time and dehydration correction time were shorter than those of live bacillus subtilis treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of hsCRP(P<0.05),and IL-6(P<0.05) expression in the Shenling Baizhu powder treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment.The levels of hs-CRP(P<0.05),and IL-6(P<0.05) expression in the Shenling Baizhu powder treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the live bacillus subtilis treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu powder can alleviate diarrhea of spleen deficiency and excess dampness in children.
