Nd:YAG激光联合雷珠单抗及明目地黄汤治疗PCV并视网膜前出血及黄斑下出血1例并文献复习

摘　　要：息肉样脉络膜血管病变(PCV)是以视网膜下橘红色结节样病灶为特征性表现的眼内血管病变。采用Nd:YAG激光联合雷珠单抗及明目地黄汤治疗PCV并视网膜前出血及黄斑下出血1例,患者眼底积血及渗出基本吸收干净,视功能明显提升,病灶解剖学形态恢复良好,说明采用中西结合治疗疗效较好。Polypoid choroidal vasculopathy(PCV) is an intraocular vascular disease characterized by orange subretinal nodules.We are here to report a case of PCV complicated with preretinal hemorrhage and submacular hemorrhage in which the fundus hemorrhage and exudation was absorbed, the vision was improved and a better anatomical outcome was achieved after the treatment of Nd: YAG laser combined with Ranibizumab and Mingmu Dihuang Decoction.Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was great.
