摘　　要：“补而不滞”是指在使用温补或滋补类方剂时配伍行气、活血、健脾渗湿等具有通散作用之药,使补益类药物的功效得以发挥而不至于壅滞的配伍方法,是“补法”中重要的配伍机制之一。目前对于“补而不滞”配伍理论的研究很少,梳理该理论的发源及在方剂中的应用,并结合“补而不滞”类药物的实验研究,探讨“补而不滞”机制研究的概况,以期为方剂学配伍理论研究提供新的思路。The “Tonic without stagnation” refers to the use of warm tonic or nourishing prescriptions with drugs that have the effect of promoting Qi, invigorating Blood, strengthening the spleen and infiltrating dampness, etc.,so that the effects of tonic drugs can be brought into play without stagnation, which is one of the important mechanisms in the “tonic method”.It is one of the important combination mechanisms in “tonic method”.At present, there is little research on the theory of “tonic without stagnation”,so the author has sorted out the origin of this theory and its application in prescriptions, and combined with the experimental research on “tonic without stagnation” drugs, to explore the overview of research on the mechanism of “tonic without stagnation”.The author also discusses the overview of the research on the mechanism of “tonic but not stagnant” with the experimental research on “tonic but not stagnant” drugs, in order to provide new ideas for the research on the formulation theory.
