《针灸大成》隐白穴临床应用规律探析

摘　　要：隐白穴又名“鬼垒”“鬼眼”,位于足大趾末节内侧,趾甲根角侧后方0.1寸,是足太阴脾经之井穴,主治脾胃、心系、肝胆、气血津液等病证。《针灸大成》是一本集针理、针法、针技的针灸学著作,对后世具有深远的影响。通过梳理《针灸大成》中有关隐白穴的文献,总结隐白穴的命名定位、刺法灸法,并对其临床应用进行着重探析,以期为现代医者使用隐白穴提供更多的临床思路及理论依据。Yinbai acupoint, also known as “Ghost Lei” and “Ghost Eye”,is located on the inner side of the distal segment of the big toe, 0.1 cun behind the root angle of the toenail.It is the well point of the spleen meridian of foot taiyin, which is mainly used to treat diseases such as spleen and stomach, heart system, liver and gallbladder, qi, blood and body fluids.Great Compendium Acupuncture and Moxibustion is a book of acupuncture and moxibustion that integrates acupuncture theory, acupuncture method, and acupuncture technique, and has far-reaching influence on later generations.This article summarizes the naming and positioning of Yinbai acupoint, acupuncture and moxibustion methods, and focuses on its clinical application by combing the literature about Yinbai acupoint in the Great Compendium Acupuncture and Moxibustion,in order to provide more clinical ideas and theoretical basis for modern doctors to use Yinbai acupoint.
