孟河医派特色炮制品“藿香炒党参”中藿香用药品种辨析

摘　　要：《马培之医案》显示“藿香炒党参”临证确能发挥独特的治疗作用,具有重要临床应用价值,然其所用藿香品种尚待确认。参照国家药典、省市中药材标准及中药炮制规范,对马培之及同时期江浙代表医家著作中的藿香处方名称进行释名分析,结合马氏师徒的本草著作《药性歌诀》《药性辑要》中对于藿香功能主治的概述,推断“藿香炒党参”所用藿香品种为藿香Agastache rugosos(Fsich.et Mey.)O.Ktze.。The Medical Case of Ma Peizhi shows that the clinical syndrome of “Agastache rugosa fried with Codonopsis pilosula” can really play a unique therapeutic role and has significant clinical application value, but the variety of Agastache rugosa used has yet to be confirmed.With reference to the National Pharmacopoeia,Provincial and Municipal Standards for Traditional Chinese medicine and processing specifications of traditional Chinese medicine, the name of the prescription of agastache rugosa in the works of Ma Peizhi and the representative physicians in Jiangsu and Zhejiang at the same time was analyzed.Based on the summary of the main functions of agastache rugosa in the herbal works Pharmacopoeia Lyrics and Pharmacopoeia Compendium by Ma Shitu, it was inferred that the agastache rugosos(Fsich.et Mey.) O.Ktze.was used for “Agastache rugosa fried with Codonopsis pilosula”.
