摘　　要：中医学认为,“肾藏精-精生髓-髓养骨”是筋骨强健的核心,当肾虚亏无以养骨时便会发生骨质疏松症。而脾作为后天之本,气血生化之源,肾精充沛离不开脾之精微资助,故脾虚亦为骨质疏松症发病的重要原因。因此,脾和肾在骨质疏松症的发病及治疗中密切相关。基于“脾肾互资”理论,从脾肾两脏探讨骨质疏松症的发病机制,结合脾肾与骨质疏松症的现代研究,总结“补脾益肾”法治疗骨质疏松症的实验及临床研究成果,以期为研究骨质疏松症发病机制及中医药防治骨质疏松症提供参考。According to Traditional Chinese medicine, “kidney stores essence-essence generates marrow-marrow nourishes bone” is the core of strong muscles and bones, and osteoporosis will occur when kidney deficiency fails to nourish bone.However, spleen deficiency is also an important cause of osteoporosis as the acquired origin and the source of qi and blood biochemistry, and the abundance of kidney essence cannot be separated from the subtle support of the spleen.Therefore, we know that both the spleen and kidney are closely related to the pathogenesis and treatment of osteoporosis.Based on the theory of spleen and kidney mutual endowment, which explored the pathogenesis of osteoporosis, and combined with the modern research of spleen and kidney associated with osteoporosis, the summary “tonifying spleen kidney” method in the treatment of osteoporosis of experimental and clinical research, in order to study the pathogenesis of osteoporosis and provide a reference for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in Chinese medicine.
