摘　　要：中药临床合理应用是保障中医临床疗效的重要环节,戴冰教授从事中药临床药学工作20余载,在中药临床合理应用研究中作了大量工作,积累丰富的用药经验,尤其从“药、量、证”关系研究中提出临床遣方用药应考虑药性、药效、药方与证候相符;在安全范围内根据证候选择中药剂量;遵循配伍禁忌原则,避免出现“十八反”“十九畏”配伍禁忌现象等学术观点,供大家学习和借鉴,以期共同提高中药临床合理应用水平。Rational clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine is an important link to ensure the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Dai Bing has been engaged in clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 20 years, who has carried out a lot of work in the research of rational clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine and accumulated rich experience in medication.Especially, he proposed that the drug properties and efficacy should be considered in clinical prescription medication, and the prescription is consistent with syndrome from the studies on the relationship between medicine, dosage and syndrome;the dose of traditional Chinese medicine should be selected according to the syndrome within the safe range;it is necessary to follow the principle of incompatibility and avoid the academic viewpoints such as incompatibility of “Eighteen Clashes” and “Nineteen Incompatibilities” for everyone to learn and learn from, so as to jointly improve the clinical rational application level of traditional Chinese medicine.
