摘　　要：胆石症是发生于胆道系统的常见病、多发病,以腹痛、黄疸、寒战发热、恶心呕吐等为主要临床表现,严重者可诱发胆源性胰腺炎、胆囊坏疽、胆囊穿孔甚至胆囊癌等并发症,严重威胁人类健康。目前,关于胆石症的治疗仍以手术为主。手术治疗虽然见效快,但普遍存在结石残留率及术后结石易复发等问题。研究表明,术后辅以中药治疗在处理术后结石残留、降低结石复发率、改善临床症状等方面具有显著疗效,能有效解决上述问题,除此之外,中药在预防结石形成方面也具有显著优势。通过探讨中药复方中使用频率较高的单味中药在胆石症防治方面的可能作用机制,为临床使用中药复方治疗胆石症及其组方加减提供科学依据。Cholelithiasis is a common and frequentlyoccurring disease occurring in the biliary system, with abdominal pain, jaundice, chills, fever, nausea and vomiting as the main clinical manifestations.In severe cases, it can induce complications such as biliary pancreatitis, gallbladder gangrene, gallbladder perforation and even gallbladder cancer, posing a serious threat to human health.At present, the treatment of cholelithiasis is still based on surgery.Although the effect of surgical treatment is quick, there are many problems such as residual stone rate and postoperative stone recurrence.Studies have shown that postoperative complementary Chinese medicine treatment has significant efficacy in treating postoperative residual stones, reducing the recurrence rate of stones and improving clinical symptoms, which can effectively solve the above problems.In addition, Chinese medicine also has significant advantages in preventing stone formation.The purpose of this study was to explore the possible mechanism of single Chinese medicine with high frequency in TCM compound in the prevention and treatment of cholelithiasis, and to provide scientific basis for the clinical use of TCM compound in the treatment of cholelithiasis and the addition and reduction of prescription.
