摘  要:企业在车辆进出场、货物出库等方面都使用人工作业的传统模式,以花费时间来节约成本。在企业成品出库作业流程中分别引进车牌识别系统、PDA识别设备对车辆进出厂及成品出库作业进行优化,使用FLEXSIM对出库作业进行模拟,发现引进PDA技术可以缩短成品的出库作业时间。当企业接到一些特殊需求时,减少出库作业时间,可以使客户满意,提高企业品牌效应。Enterprises use the traditional mode of manual operation in vehicle entry and exit, goods out of the warehouse,etc., in order to spend time and save costs. The license plate recognition system and PDA recognition equipment were introduced in the finished product delivery process of the enterprise to optimize the vehicle inbound and outbound operations and finished product delivery operations. FLEXSIM was used to simulate the delivery operations, and it was found that the introduction of PDA technology can shorten the delivery time of finished products. When the company receives some special needs, reducing the time of outbound operations can make customers satisfied and improve the brand effect of the company.
