摘  要:螺杆泵转子型线的设计是螺杆泵研究的重要内容之一。摆线转子型线是一种常用的型线,型线位于节圆外的部分为外摆线,位于节圆内的部分为内摆线。选取合适的齿顶圆半径和节圆半径,分析构建了转子型线外摆线和内摆线方程及齿顶圆和齿根圆方程;设计了单头对称的摆线型螺杆泵转子型线及转子,并以此为基础,分析了转子容积利用率与相关参数的关系,为摆线型罗茨泵的设计奠定基础。The design of the rotor profile is an important contents of the research for the screw vacuum pump. Cycloidal rotor profile is a commonly used profile,the part located outside the pitch circle is the outer cycloid,and the part inside the pitch circle is the internal cycloid. By selecting the appropriate tooth top circle radius and pitch radius,the rotor profile outer cycloid and internal cycloid equations,as well as the tooth top circle and root circle equations,were analyzed and established. Then a single-head symmetrical cycloidal screw pump rotor profile and rotor is designed. On this basis,the relationship between rotor volume utilization and related parameters is analyzed for the design of cycloidal roots pumps.
