基于企业流的县域村镇体系规划研究——以重庆市涪陵区为例

摘　　要：县域村镇作为新型城镇化和乡村振兴的基本单元,构建合理的村镇体系结构是推动县域村镇发展的关键手段之一。而在乡村振兴战略背景下,城乡发展要素的加快流动无疑会引起村镇体系的重构。基于此,本文以重庆市涪陵区村镇为例,基于村镇企业投资关系构建涪陵区村镇体系网络,从“点—线—面”三个层次构建网络指标,分析企业投资关系下涪陵区村镇体系的重构。研究结果表明:(1)村镇体系呈现出水平化与垂直化的特征;(2)村镇功能组团呈现出空间上分散但功能上相互联系的现象;(3)依据结果提出从网络化的角度来明确村镇节点的层级、职能的规划思路,并基于此构建企业流下的涪陵区村镇体系。As the basic unit of new-type urbanization and rural revitalization, constructing a reasonable rural system structure is one of the key means to promote the development of village and town at county region.Under the rural revitalization strategy, urban and rural element mobility will lead to the reconstruction of rural system. Therefore, this paper takes village and town in Fuling District of Chongqing as an example, and constructs the firm network of village and town in Fuling District through inter-firm investment relationship, and analyzes the reconstruction of village and town system in Fuling District under inter-firm investment relationship from the ’pointline-surface’ levels. The results show that:(1) Village and town system presents the characteristics of horizontal and vertical.(2) The functional groups of village and town present the phenomenon of spatial dispersion but functional interrelation.(3) According to the results, the planning idea of clarifying the hierarchy and functions of village and town nodes from the perspective of network. Based on the planning idea, the village and town system of Fuling District based on the firm flow is constructed.
