摘　　要：运用文献资料法等,分析我国冰雪运动发展历程、新时代特征并提出未来展望。我国冰雪运动发展历程:社会主义革命和建设时期冰雪人口扩大,改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期着重顶层设计,中国特色社会主义新时代迎来跨越式新发展。新时代冰雪运动发展新特征:“体育强国梦”与“中国梦”休戚与共的历史新方位,以冬奥会为重要契机的发展新方略,坚持理论创新贡献中国方案的建设新特点。据此,提出未来展望:以“五位一体”带动冰雪运动可持续发展,以“新发展理念”引领冰雪运动高质量发展,以“驱动变革”推动冰雪运动转型发展。By using literature review method, this paper analyzed the development course and new era characteristics ofice and snow sports in China, and put forward the future prospect. The development course ofice and snow sports in China: In the period of socialist revolution and construction, ice and snow population expanded. In the period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization, it emphasized top-level design. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it has ushered in a leapfrog new development. The new characteristics of the development ofice and snow sports in the new era: The "dream of sports power" and the "Chinese Dream" share weal and woe in a new historical orientation, the new development strategy takes the Winter Olympics as an important opportunity,and adhere to theoretical innovation contributing to the construction of new features of the Chinese plan. Accordingly, this paper put forward the following prospects: It should promote the sustainable development ofice and snow sports with "five-in-one" integrated plan, lead the high-quality development ofice and snow sports with "new development concept", and promote the transformation and development ofice and snow sports with "driving change".
