大学生创新创业团队知识系统协同机制作用研究

摘　　要：把大学生创新创业团队知识系统分为主体系统、资源系统、运行系统、环境系统、交换系统,构建了各子系统的协同机理模型,认为协同机制改善了内部环境,加速了资源的使用效率,提高了任务执行效率,促进了知识的流动,加速了创新成果的生成。以某高校智能实训基地为案例,分析了协同机制如何作用于内部环境、知识资源及知识交换渠道,建议通过完善激励机制、定期学习、研究收获等方式建立环境协同机制,通过优化流程建立知识运行协同机制,通过实施全通道式沟通建立不同主体间的知识交换协同机制。This paper divides the knowledge system of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship team into main body system,resource system,operation system,environment system and exchange system,and constructs the collaborative mechanism model of each subsystem,and holds that the collaborative mechanism improves the internal environment,accelerates the efficiency of resource utilization,improves the efficiency of task execution,promotes the flow of knowledge and speeds up the generation of innovation achievements,and taking a college’s intelligent training base as an example,analyzes how the collaborative mechanism works on the internal environment,knowledge resources and knowledge exchange channels,and suggests to establish environmental collaborative mechanism through incentive mechanism improving,regularly learning,harvest researching,etc.,to constryct knowledge operation collaborative mechanism through process optimizing,and to set up the knowledge exchange collaborative mechanism between different main bodies through mplementing all-channel communication.
