摘　　要：黄河是中华民族的母亲河,治理黄河历来是中华民族安民兴邦之大事。2022年11月,“中国区域经济50人论坛”围绕“黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展”这一主题进行了研讨,与会专家们从生态保护、产业布局和城市体系等方面对黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展进行了全面研判,并从加强生态保护、抓住机遇、加快城市群与都市圈建设及协同联动等方面发表了深刻的见解,为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展提出了对策建议。The Yellow River is the mother river of the Chinese nation, and harnessing the Yellow River has always been a major event for the Chinese nation to secure its people and prosper its country. In November 2022, the China Regional Economic Forum of 50 persons conducted discussions on the theme of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. The experts at the meeting comprehensively studied the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin in terms of ecological protection, industrial layout and urban system, and expressed profound opinions on how to strengthen ecological protection, seize opportunities, accelerate the construction and coordination of urban agglomeration and metropolitan area, and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
