双组分聚氨酯防水涂料撕裂强度影响因素研究

摘　　要：采用聚氧化丙烯多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、扩链剂3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)等制备了一种中高强度双组分聚氨酯防水涂料。研究了预聚体中NCO含量、聚醚二醇/聚醚三醇的质量比,固化剂中氨基与羟基摩尔比、填料液粉质量比、MOCA和聚醚二醇的含量对涂膜撕裂强度的影响。结果表明,当预聚物中NCO质量分数为9%、聚醚DL-2000D与聚醚三醇MN-3050D的质量比值为2,固化剂中氨基与羟基的摩尔比值为6、填料液粉质量比值为1.10、MOCA和聚醚二醇的质量分数为30.8%时,涂膜的撕裂强度最佳,综合性能最好。The medium high strength two components polyurethane waterproof coating was prepared by polyoxypropylene polyol,toluene isocyanate,chain extender 4,4′-methylene bis(2-chloroaniline)(MOCA)and so on.The effects of the NCO content and the ratio of polyether diol to polyether triol in the prepolymers on the tear strength of waterproof coating were studied,including the molar ratio of amino group to hydroxyl group,the ratio of liquid to powder of filler,and the mass fraction of MOCA and polyether diol in curing agent.The results showed that the tear strength of the waterproof coating was the best and the comprehensive properties was optimal.When the mass fraction of NCO was 9%,the mass ratio of polyether DL-2000D to polyether MN-3050D was 2 in the prepolymer,the molar ratio of amino group to hydroxyl group was 6,the ratio of liquid to powder of filler was 1.10,and the mass fraction of MOCA and polyether diol was 30.8%in the curing agents.
