摘 要:采用模压及高温高湿发泡的方法,在PVC糊状树脂中添加改性MDI、偶氮类复配发泡剂,制备了异氰酸酯交联发泡聚氯乙烯硬质泡沫。考察了升温速率、塑化温度及时间、膨胀温度及时间等对泡孔结构及泡沫力学性能的影响。结果表明,模压工艺的升温时间为30 min、模压温度为170℃、保温时间为30 min,膨胀工艺参数为96℃(4 h),此工艺条件下泡孔结构最佳同时具有最佳力学性能,即压缩强度0.92 MPa、压缩模量79 MPa、剪切强度0.78 MPa、剪切模量24 MPa。The isocyanate crosslinked polyvinyl chloride rigid foam was prepared by adding modified MDI and azo compound foaming agent into PVC resin with the method of molding at high temperature and high humidity. The effects of temperature rise rate, plasticizing temperature and time, expansion temperature and time on the cell structure and mechanical properties of the foam were investigated. The results showed that, when the heating time was 30 min, the molding temperature was 170 ℃, the holding time was 30 min and the expansion process was 96 ℃ and 4 h, the cell structure and the mechanical properties were the best. The compressive strength was 0.92 MPa, the compression modulus was 79 MPa, the shear strength was 0.78 MPa and the shear modulus was 24 MPa.
