摘　　要：由于石油化工火灾具有突发性、复杂性,对灭火救援工作提出了更高的要求。针对石油化工火灾所普遍存在的风险特点,从天津市消防救援总队辖区内的石油化工企业实际情况出发,在顶层设计、人员培养、装备建设、战斗编成、组织指挥等方面对石油化工灭火救援专业队的力量建设进行了深入探讨。Due to the sudden and complex nature of petrochemical fires,higher requirements are put forward for fire fighting and rescue work.In view of the common risk characteristics of petrochemical fires,starting from the actual situation of petrochemical enterprises within the jurisdiction of Tianjin fire and rescue department,the top-level design,personnel training,equipment construction,combat formation,organization and command of petrochemical fire fighting and rescue professional teams are discussed in depth.
