摘 要:为解决聚光管炸管问题,设计了双内胆结构800 L大容量太阳能热水器,采用新型聚光型光热光伏一体机,在真空管内加导流管,通过对比实验表明,加装导流管后的内聚光管热水器管底与水箱温度差一般小于2.0℃,而普通内聚光管热水器温差一般在10℃左右,因此加装导流装置能有效将管内积聚的热量导出,得热量高,热损低,解决了高温时的气泡、沸腾、喷涌现象,集热效率提高了2%。In order to solve the problem of pipe explosion, the study designs 800 L high-capacity solar water heater of dual liner structure, adopts new concentrating photothermal photovoltaic integrated machine, adds a draft tube in the vacuum pipe. The comparative experimental results show that the temperature difference between the bottom of the condensing tube water heater and the water tank after the installation of the guide pipe is generally less than 2.0℃, while the temperature difference of the ordinary internal condensing tube water heater is generally about 10℃. Therefore, the installation of the guide device can effectively export the heat accumulated in the pipe. It can gain more heat with less heat loss;and solve bubble, boiling and flowing at high temperature. Heat collecting efficiency is improved by 2%.
