摘 要:为满足H油田Y区井组输油管线清蜡需要,分析了井组输油管线结蜡原因,指出了热洗清蜡和机械清蜡存在的弊端。经现场试验验证,明确了H油田Y区井组输油管线化学清蜡技术的基本参数:清蜡剂投加量为40 kg/次,投加周期为1次/5 d。施工对比发现,平均井组回压下降0.9 MPa,平均单井产液量提高0.3 m^(3),保证了油井产出液的顺利输送,消除了清蜡潜在的火灾、爆炸等安全风险,促进了油井稳产。In order to satisfy the demands of paraffin removal technology in oil pipeline of Y Block Well Group in H Oilfield,the study analyzes the causes of paraffin in oil pipeline,and points out the disadvantages of heat paraffin removal and mechanical engineering paraffin removal.Through field test verification,the basic parameters of chemical paraffin removal technology in oil pipeline of Y Block Well Group in H Oilfield are clarified:dosage of paraffin removal is 40 kg/time,addition period is 1 time/5 d.Through construction comparison,the return pressure of average well group decreases by 0.9 MPa,and the average liquid production capacity of single well improves by 0.3 m^(3).In this way,the smooth transfer of output liquid of the oil well is guaranteed;the safety risks,such as potential fire and exposure caused by paraffin removal,are eliminated;and the stable yield of oilfield is promoted.
