摘  要:为发挥生态型河道的活水效果,有效防洪除涝,分析了生态型河道建设的重要性,指出了建设中存在的问题,包括管理机制有待完善,投入管理不足。提出了强化生态型河道建设对策:明确生态型河道建设的重要性,树立综合治理理念,优化河道线型设计,强化河道断面设计,选择正确的河道护岸形式,做好植物配置设计。应控制各方面因素,拓宽设计思路,融入生态学、工程学、水力学等知识,模拟生物生长的适宜环境,为水生及陆生动植物、微生物的栖息、繁衍创造环境,有效恢复水域生物的多样性,重建系统生态链,实现河道建设的简洁性、朴素性、自然性、通畅性,达到改善水质、调活水体的目标。In order to play the effect of flowing water of ecotype watercourse, and effectively prevent and control flood, the study analyzes the importance of ecotype watercourse construction, and points out the problems in construction, such as the imperfect management mechanism, and insufficient investment management. Then the study proposes the countermeasures of ecological watercourse construction, i.e. to clarify the importance of ecological watercourse construction, establish comprehensive governance concept, optimize watercourse linetype design, strengthen the design of watercourse section, correctly select watercourse revetment form, and do well in plant allocation design. It is suggested to control all kinds of factors;widen design thinking path;integrate the knowledge of ecology, engineering science, and hydraulics, etc.;and stimulate the suitable environment of biological growth in order to create inhabitant and reproduction environment for aquatic and terrestrial organisms, and micro-organics, effectively restore the diversification of aquatic biomass, reconstruct system ecological chain, realize the conciseness, simplicity, naturalness and unobstruction of watercourse, and achieve the goal of water quality improvement and water body reactivation.
