基于时间生物学探析子午流注针法

摘　　要：子午流注作为中国时间医学具有代表性的理论思想,与西方时间生物学存在诸多相似点,更有学者及医家称其为中国的生物钟。而子午流注针法作为该理论在治疗领域的体现,具有其优越性及独特性。但因子午流注理论及针法多为实践总结与推演而来,缺乏证据及系统性。文章基于时间生物学,从不同方面探讨子午流注针法,以期为从新角度运用及研究子午流注针法提供参考。As a representative theory of time medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, midnight-midday ebb flow theory has many similarities with chronobiology. Furthermore, it is called Chinese biological clock by lots of academics and doctors.Midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture, which is the embodiment of the theory in treatment, has superiority and uniqueness. However, Midnight-midday ebb flow theory and acupuncture are mostly summarized and extrapolated from practice, lacking evidence and systematicness.This paper discusses Midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture from different aspects based on the chronobiology, and provides references for clinical application and research of Midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture.
