加味“泽泻汤”代茶饮干预肥胖型糖尿病前期42例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药代茶饮干预糖尿病前期的临床疗效。方法:选取糖尿病前期患者82例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组40例和观察组42例。对照组给予饮食及运动干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予加味“泽泻汤”代茶饮,分别对两组患者干预1个月、3个月、6个月各项指标进行统计对比。结果:两种方法对干预糖尿病前期均有一定效果,但对照组总有效率为54.7%,糖尿病发生率达37.5%,糖尿病前期逆转率仅为15.2%;观察组总有效率达80.9%,糖尿病的发生率仅为16.7%,糖尿病前期逆转率达32.8%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味“泽泻汤”代茶饮对干预肥胖型糖尿病前期有一定疗效,不仅可逆转糖尿病前期,还可降低糖尿病的发生率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal tea substitute in the intervention of pre diabetes.Methods 82 cases of pre diabetes patients found in the outpatient and physical examination center of our hospital were selected and divided into the control group of 40 cases and the observation group of 42 cases according to the random number table. The control group was given diet and exercise intervention, and the observation group was given modified “Zexie Decoction” instead of tea on the basis of the control group. The indexes of the two groups were statistically compared after 1 month, 3 months and 6 months of intervention.Results Both of the two methods had certain effects on the intervention of pre diabetes, but the total effective rate of the control group was 54.7%,the incidence of diabetes was 37.5%,and the reversal rate of pre diabetes was only 15.2%;The total effective rate of the observation group was 80.9%,the incidence of diabetes was only 16.7%,and the pre diabetes reversal rate was 32.8%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The modified “Zexie Decoction” instead of tea has a certain effect on the intervention of obese diabetes in early stage, which can not only reverse diabetes in early stage, but also reduce the incidence of diabetes.
