摘 要:针对连采机从上往下切槽,从下往上切槽、最高点水平掏槽、最低点水平掏槽等工作状态,从改善连采机截割稳定性的角度入手,逐一分析多种工况下整机工作不倾翻及滑移的稳定条件,采用解析几何法建立了各个工况的极限稳定方程。使用数学绘图软件编制了不同工况的稳定分析程序及图形化显示,结果表明,设计连采机的截割臂时,为防止从下往上切槽过程中出现突然栽头,应尽可能让极限截割阻力的曲线性质为单调下降。连采机从下往上割煤,整机最容易栽头的姿态对应的截割阻力到截割臂铰点力臂最长。Aiming at the operation modes of the continuous miner such as cutting from top to bottom,cutting from bottom to top,horizontal cutting at the highest point and horizontal cutting at the lowest point,starting from the perspective of improving the cutting stability of the continuous miner,the paper analyzed the stable conditions of the complete machine without tipping and slipping in various cutting modes,and established the limit stability equation of each cutting mode with analytic geometry method.In addition,the stability analysis program and the graphical display of various cutting modes were compiled by mathematical drawing software.The results showed that over the design of the cutting arm of the continuous miner,in order to prevent the sudden drop of the head in the process of cutting from bottom to top,the curve property of the limit cutting resistance should be monotonously reduced as much as possible.While the continuous miner cutting from bottom to top,the cutting resistance corresponding to the posture most prone to head drop of the complete machine had the longest force arm to the hinge point of the cutting arm.
