摘 要:为了验证某矿用防爆无轨胶轮车用“主梁+副梁”形式的边梁式车架的结构强度,应用三维建模及有限元分析技术,对车架的弯曲、弯曲和扭转以及制动3种工况的受力和变形进行分析。根据分析结果对车架应力集中区域进行结构改进,并对改进后的边梁式车架再次进行强度校核。结果表明:改进后的车架在3种工况下均满足使用要求,应力集中情况明显改善,为同类型车架的结构设计提供了依据。In order to verify the structural strength of the side-beam type frame in the form of"main beam+auxiliary beam"of a mine-used flame-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle,the 3D modeling and the finite element analysis technology were applied to analyze the stress and the deformation of the frame in the operation mode of bending,bending and torsion,and emergency braking.According to the analysis results,the structural improvement was conducted on the frame in the stress concentration area,and the strength of the improved frame was verified again.The results showed the improved frame met the service requirements in the three operation modes,the stress concentration remarkably improved,which offered reference for the structural design of the same-typed frame.
