摘  要:某选厂硫化铜浮选扩产改造后,铜粗精矿产能大幅提升,但现场仍存在用于再磨作业的球磨机处理能力不足的问题,工艺短板限制了选铜技术指标的进一步提升。在分析改造前铜精选流程的基础上,开展了从流程查定、工艺矿物学研究到浮选试验的全面研究,最终确定并实施了铜精选段闪速浮选技术改造方案。在粗精矿再磨分级回路中增加闪速浮选机,闪速浮选机可实现分梯度选矿,有效减轻了再磨机运行负荷,选铜回收率提高了1.06个百分点,技术改造效果显著。In a concentrator,the yield of middling copper concentrate greatly enhanced after the innovation of production expansion of copper sulfide flotation,while insufficient processing capacity of the ball mill for regrinding operation in field restricted the further promotion of the technical indexes of copper flotation.After analyzing the original copper concentration process before innovation,the paper researched the process verification,process mineralogy and flotation test,finally determined and conducted the innovation scheme involving flash flotation process in copper concentration stage.The flash flotator was added into the regrinding and classification circuit of the middling concentrate,so as to realize the gradient concentration,thus the operation load of the ball mill relieved and the recovery ratio of copper increased 1.06 percentage points,the remarkable technical innovation effects were obtained.
