摘 要:抛废率是XRT智能选矿机的重要性能参数,通过图像分析可知降低矿石的重叠率可以提高抛废率。提出了增加均匀给料装置和降重叠图像处理算法以降低重叠率,并分别进行了模拟仿真和对比试验验证两方法的可行性。实际生产结果表明:拦截型分料挡板给料装置,有效提升了抛废率,抛废费率平均提升了2.05个百分点;降重叠图像处理算法虽然能降低矿石重叠率,但是抛废率未有明显提升,该算法在切缝数据压缩、喷射信号合成方面还有优化空间。The discarding ratio is an important performance parameter of the XRT intelligent sorting machine,and the image analysis showed the reduction of the ore overlap ratio enhanced the discharging ratio.In addition,the addition of uniform feeding device and the algorithm of reducing the image overlap were proposed to decrease the overlap ratio,and then the simulation and the comparison test were conducted to verify the feasibility of the two methods.Actual production results showed:the feeding device with interceptive distributing baffle effectively enhanced the discarding ratio,the discarding ratio averagely enhanced by 2.05 percentage points;although the algorithm of reducing the image overlap decreased the ore overlap ratio,the discarding ratio failed to be enhanced remarkably,which showed the algorithm was of optimization space in compression of kerf data and synthesis of jet signals etc.
