济南和青岛社区居家养老老人健康相关生命质量及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 分析山东省济南市及青岛市两地社区居家养老老人健康相关生命质量,并探讨其影响因素。方法 2020年10-11月,采用多阶段分层抽样方法,从山东省济南市及青岛市选取8家社区的738位老人,采用现况问卷调查方法,进行人口社会学特征及健康相关生命质量调查,利用EQ-5D量表测量老人健康相关生命质量。纳入调查对象人口学特征、社会经济状况、慢性病数目、生活方式等11个变量,采用秩和检验、Tobit回归模型等方法分析健康相关生命质量的影响因素。结果 济南市、青岛市社区居家养老老人的健康效用值中位数为1(0.869,1.000)。年龄、婚姻状况、慢性疾病、收入水平、受教育程度、活动频率等对社区居家老人的健康相关生命质量均有影响(P均<0.05)。结论 济南市和青岛市社区居家养老老人健康相关生命质量较高,年龄、婚姻状况、慢性疾病、收入水平、受教育程度、活动频率可影响其健康相关生命质量。Objective To analyze the health-related quality of life and its influence factors for elderly people of community-based housing support in Jinan and Qingdao of Shandong province. Methods From October to November 2020,738 elderly people from 8 communities in Jinan and Qingdao of Shandong province were selected by multi-stage stratified randomized sampling to investigate the demographic sociological characteristics and health-related quality of life using a questionnaire.EQ-5D scale was used to measure the health-related quality of life of elderly people.Eleven variables including demographic characteristics, socioeconomic status, number of chronic diseases and lifestyle were included.The rank sum test and Tobit regression model were used to analyze the influence factors of health-related quality of life. Results The median health state utility value of elderly people of community-based housing support in Jinan and Qingdao was 1(0.869,1.000).The results showed that age, marital status, chronic disease, level of income, education level, and activity frequency could have certain impacts on the health-related quality of life of the elderly people in the community(P<0.05). Conclusion The health-related quality of life of the elderly people of community-based housing support in Jinan and Qingdao is high, and age, marital status, chronic diseases, income level, education level, and activity frequency have impacts on the health-related quality of life.
