摘　　要：目的 基于2020年中国家庭追踪调查数据,分析我国15~64岁居民的吸烟现状及其影响因素。方法 从2020年中国家庭追踪调查数据中选取5 972个居民样本数据,分析吸烟情况、与父母亲的关系等,采用χ^(2)检验和logistic回归法分析影响15~64岁居民吸烟的因素。结果 5 972名居民中吸烟人数为590人(9.88%),戒烟人数为296人(50.17%)。单因素分析显示,性别、年龄、学历、婚姻、是否吸烟、与父母亲关系、是否曾经吸烟是吸烟行为的影响因素,戒烟行为与学历和婚姻状态相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。其中男性、与母亲的关系不亲近和一般、曾经吸烟为15~64岁居民吸烟的危险因素(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 2020年我国15~64岁居民中男性吸烟率为26.7%,女性吸烟率为1.1%;吸烟行为与性别、年龄、与母亲的关系、曾经吸烟等有关。Objective To analyze the smoking status and its influencing factors among Chinese residents aged 15-64 years based on the data of Chinese household follow-up survey in 2020. Methods The sample data of 5 972 residents were selected from the China household tracking survey in 2020.The smoking status and the relationship with parents were analyzed.The factors influencing the smoking status of 15-64 residents were analyzed by 2 test and logistic regression. Results Among the 5 972 residents, 590(9.88%) smoked and 296(50.17%) gave up smoking.Univariate analysis showed that gender, age, education background, marriage, smoking status, relationship with parents and smoking status were the influencing factors of smoking behavior, and smoking cessation behavior was correlated with education background and marital status, with statistical significance(P<0.05 or 0.01).Among them, male, not close and normal relationship with mother, and ever smoking were the risk factors of smoking in residents aged 15-64(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion In 2020,the smoking rate of males and females aged 15-64 was 26.7% and 1.1% respectively.Smoking behavior was associated with gender, age, relationship with mother, and ever smoking.
