摘　　要：针对旅客列车的要求从满足基本出行转换为舒适快捷出行的现状,通过对HXD3C型客运机车平稳操纵的探究,制定出平稳操纵措施,为相关工作提供参考、借鉴。In view of the current situation that the requirements of passenger trains change from basic travel to comfortable and fast travel,we formulated the smooth operation measures through the exploration of the smooth operation of HXD3C passenger locomotive, which provides a reference for the relevant work.
