摘　　要：能源是国家经济和社会发展的物质基础,是人民生活水平提高的必要条件。汽车作为国民经济发展中的主要产业链,为我国经济发展做出了巨大贡献,但是其能源耗费问题日益严峻。涂装车间是汽车生产过程中能源消耗的重点区域,涂装生产过程中的能耗占总能耗的一半以上,如果可以应用涂装节能减排技术,能够大幅度降低汽车生产过程中所消耗的能耗,帮助完成社会可持续发展的总体目标,促进社会经济发展的可持续性。中小型汽车根据优化管理和改进技术,不断深化车间环保节能,获得了显著成效。Energy is the material basis for national economic and social development,and a necessary condition for improving people's living standards.As the main industrial chain in the development of national economy,automobile has made great contributions to the economic development of our country,but its energy consumption is becoming increasingly serious.The painting workshop is a key area of energy consumption in the automobile production process.The energy consumption in the painting production process accounts for more than half of the total energy consumption.If the painting energy-saving and emission reduction technology can be applied,the energy consumption in the automobile production process can be greatly reduced,helping to achieve the overall goal of sustainable social development and promoting the sustainability of social and economic development.According to the optimized management and improved technology,small and medium-sized vehicles have continuously deepened the environmental protection and energy conservation in their workshops and achieved remarkable results.
