摘　　要：随着现代汽车工业的不断创新与发展,汽车车身涂漆领域迎来了较大的本质变化和技术革新。在汽车颜色的应用和要求上,也是达到了一种精益求精的高度,汽车的定位和品牌价值发生了变化,对于车身的颜色匹配度要求更高。汽车后市场对于油漆微调技术工作者的要求越来越高,培养周期长难度大,在色彩复杂化,种类多样化,工艺精细化的汽车后市场环境下,过硬的技术不只是能提高后市场收益,更能体现后市场的技术创新和发展趋势。With the continuous innovation and development of modern automobile industry,the field of automotive body paint has ushered in great essential changes and technical innovation.In the application and requirements of the car color,it has also reached a height of excellence,the positioning and brand value of the car are different,and the color matching degree of the car body has higher requirements.The automotive aftermarket has more and more high requirements for paint fine-tuning technical workers,and the long training cycle is difficult.In the automotive aftermarket environment with complicated colors,diversified types and refined technology,excellent technology can not only improve the aftermarket income,but also reflect the technological innovation and development trend of the aftermarket.
