摘　　要：重卡(重型卡车)与国民经济景气度高度相关,相对于日常出行的乘用车,以重卡为代表的商用车是生产资料和劳动工具,因此,重型卡车的产销量及保有量在很大程度上反映了经济发展的状态。我国从事重型卡车生产的厂商有将近30家,但Top10企业占据了90%以上的市场,其他近20家仅占到不到10%的市场份额。伴随着国民经济的持续稳定发展,重卡市场的年度需求规模不断增加,同时,制造重卡驾驶室和车架用的钢板卷需求也出现持续、稳定的增量,但是行业具备稳定、批量生产的钢厂还是集中在宝钢、武钢、鞍钢、太钢、马钢、首钢等中大型钢企,需求端和供应端都具有一定的集中度,但是基于钢材原材料特殊的商品属性,以及钢材市场、钢材产业链成本、国内经济政策和国际经济形势的影响,需求端的采购议价能力一直处于下风,采购成本控制必须受制于各大钢厂的价格政策。随着重卡行业存量竞争加剧,对于汽车用钢板卷原材料的采购成本控制越来越重要,越来越急迫。Heavy truck(heavy truck)is highly related to the national economic prosperity.Compared with the passenger vehicles for daily travel,the commercial vehicles represented by heavy truck are the means of production and labor tools.Therefore,therefore,the production,sales and ownership of heavy trucks to a large extent reflect the state of economic development.China has nearly 30 manufacturers engaged in heavy truck production,but Top10 enterprises occupy more than 90%of the market,and the other nearly 20 manufacturers only account for less than 10%of the market share.With the sustained and stable development of the national economy,the annual demand scale of heavy truck market continues to increase.At the same time,manufacturing heavy truck cab and frame with steel coil demand continued and stable incremental,but a stable,industry,mass production of steel or concentrated in baosteel,isco,angang,tisCo,Masteel,shougang and other large steel companies,demand side and supply side has a certain concentration,but based on the steel raw materials special commodity properties,and steel market,steel industry chain cost,domestic economic policy and the international economic situation,demand side purchasing bargaining power has been in the disadvantage,procurement cost control must be subject to the major steel mills price policy.With the intensification of the stock competition in the heavy truck industry,the procurement cost control of raw materials for automobile steel plate coil is becoming more and more important and more urgent.
