摘　　要：在不确定性激增和外部形势复杂多变的时代,中国油气企业要实现高质量发展,必须处理好投资与产能之间“增”与“减”的问题。利用项目池和夹点分析的方法,建立产能项目投资优化数学模型。利用项目池对项目实行分级分类管理,依据不同类型项目的关键指标进行投资优先级排序,实现在产能规模不变的情况下投资规模压减的目标。结果显示,模型在约束条件下可以得出最优解,基本达到预期效果,可以进一步应用于产能和投资的主动管理,提高投资决策的科学合理性。In the era of increasing uncertainty and complexity, China’s state-owned oil and gas enterprises should properly deal with relationship between production capacity and investment in order to achieve high-quality development. This study establishes the investment optimization mathematical modeling by using the project pool and pinch analysis. Firstly, the project pool is used to manage the projects by classification, and then the investment priority is sorted by the key indicators of different types of projects,reducing the investment and the production capacity target remains unchanged. The results show that the model obtains the optimal solution and basically achieves the expected results. It can be further applied to the active management of production capacity and investment for improve the scientific rationality of investment decision-making.
