摘  要:为落实数字化转型战略,打造新一代中国石油集团测井有限公司CPLog测井品牌,开展异地协同设计平台开发。基于西门子公司Teamcenter软件管理产品数据和研发过程,实现产品设计开发、产品数据集中管理和研发项目管控,建立统一的数据源和技术标准。通过异地协同设计平台信息安全体系建设、数据协同运行、设计管理系统、质量管理系统、异地协同项目管理系统、科研成果管理系统等,实施“平台+项目”的科研模式,建全机械和电子设计流程,促进科研技术集成与共享,推进测井装备数字化、自动化、智能化发展进程,加速产品迭代及成果转化速度。In order to implement China National Logging Corporation(CNLC) ’s digital transition strategy and create a new generation brand of CPLog logging equipemnt, CNLC has carried out the development of the distributed collaborative design platform. The platform is based on the Teamcenter software of SIEMENS to manage product data and R&D process, focusing on product design and development, centralized and effective management of product data and R&D project management and control,establishing a unified data source and unified technical standards. Through the construction of the information security system of distributed collaborative design platform, the data collaborative operation, the design management system based on the distributed collaborative design platform, the design quality management system, the distributed collaborative project management system,and the research achievements management system, the scientific research model of “platform + project” can be implemented,the mechanical and electronic design process can be completed, the sharing and integration of scientific research technology,the development process of digitization, automation and intelligence of logging tools can be promoted, the product iteration and achievement transformation speed can be accelerated.
