1例贝赫切特综合征患儿行心脏瓣膜置换术后并发脑卒中的护理

摘　　要：总结1例贝赫切特综合征心脏瓣膜置换术后并发脑卒中患儿的护理经验。护理要点:重视心功能监测,警惕心脏并发症的发生;加强术后血栓形成、出血风险的监测及管理,预防相关并发症;进行分阶段康复训练,促进患儿肢体康复;开展营养评估,实施个性化营养支持;做好皮肤及黏膜护理,促进溃疡愈合;注重人文关怀及出院宣教,加强出院后随访。经过20 d精心的护理,患儿恢复良好,顺利出院。随访1年,患儿的生活和学习均恢复正常。The nursing experience of a child with Behcet syndrome complicated with stroke after heart valve replacement is summarized.Nursing points include surveillance of cardiac function to avoid cardiac complications,prevention of bleeding and thrombosis,phased rehabilitation exercise to promote hemiplegia limb function recovery,precise nutritional support to improve nutritional status,mucosal and perianal care to enhance ulcer healing,humanistic care and discharge education and follow-up.After 20 days of treatment and nursing care,the patient recovered well and was discharged.During 1-year follow-up,the child was in fair conditions.
