摘　　要：临床药师参与1例克罗恩病合并强直性脊柱炎并发药物性肝损伤患者的治疗与药学监护。通过查阅国内外相关文献资料,结合克罗恩病合并强直性脊柱炎的生理特点,协助医师制订适宜的治疗方案,并在血药浓度监测、调整用药剂量、药品不良反应判定以及药学监护方面充分发挥了临床药师的的重要作用。The clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment and pharmaceutical care of a patient with Crohn’s disease complicated with ankylosing spondylitis and drug-induced liver injury. Through consulting relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the physiological characteristics of Crohn’s disease complicated with ankylosing spondylitis, doctors were assisted in formulating the most suitable treatment plan for patients, and played an important role as clinical pharmacists in monitoring blood drug concentration, adjusting drug dosage, determining adverse drug reactions, and pharmaceutical care.
