五禽戏对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者有效性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价五禽戏应用于稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)患者康复治疗的效果。方法:电脑检索相关网站与数据库,检索稳定期COPD患者采用五禽戏的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),时限均为建库至2019年6月。按照纳入、排除标准,完成文献的筛选、下载,对被纳入文献进行方法学质量评估,再借助软件RevMan 5.3实施Meta分析。结果:总计纳入RCT 6篇,涉及研究对象472名。经Meta分析发现:五禽戏组的肺功能(forced expiratory volume in the first second,FEV1%)(MD=2.41,95%CI[0.81,4.01],P=0.003)、呼吸困难(borg scale,Borg评分)(MD=-1.38且95%CI为[-1.81,-0.95],P<0.000 01)、运动能力(six-minutes walkdistance,6WMD)(MD=54.63,95%CI[46.45,62.81],P<0.000 01)、生活质量(quality of life,QOL)(MD=-3.92且95%CI为[-5.87,-1.97],P<0.000 1)等与对照组相比,明显改善。结论:相较对照组,五禽戏能够改善稳定期COPD患者的运动功能、呼吸障碍与肺功能,但因纳入文献量质量方面的不足,需通过更为广泛的高质量实验来深入验证此结论。Objective:To systematically assess the effects of Wu Qin Xi(five-animal exercise,五禽戏)on stable COPD patients.Methods:RCTs of COPD patients treated by Wu Qin Xi are searched from the relevant websites and databases by using the computer,the time limit is between the time of database-building and June,2019.According to the inclusion and exclusion standard,the literature is screened and downloaded,to perform the methodological assessment of the included literature,and carry out Meta analysis via software RevMan 5.3.Results:Six RCTs were included aggregately,involving 472 research objects.The results of Meta analysis showed that:FEF1%(MD=2.41,95%CI[0.81,4.01],P=0.003),Borg scale(MD=-1.38,95%CI[-1.81,-0.95],P<0.00001),6WMD(MD=54.63,95%CI[46.45,62.81],P<0.00001),QOL(MD=-3.92,95%CI[-5.87,-1.97],P<0.00001)improved noticeably compared with these of the control group.Conclusion:Wu Qin Xi could improve motor function,dyspnea and lung function compared with the control group,however,more high-quality experiments are needed to further prove the conclusion due to inadequate quality of the included literature.
