摘 要:目的:探讨银杏叶制剂联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗尘肺病的临床疗效。方法:选取尘肺病患者72例,按治疗方案不同分为两组,每组36例。对照组口服阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组在其基础上联用银杏叶制剂治疗,两组均治疗12个月后评估疗效及安全性。结果:治疗前两组呼气峰流速值(peak expiratory flow,PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in 1s,FEV_(1))、75%肺活量最大呼气流量(75%forced expiratory flow,FEF_(75%))、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗12个月后FEV_(1)、FEF_(75%)、IL-6、TNF-α均明显升高(P<0.05);IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显下降(P<0.05);且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未见药物相关严重不良反应。结论:银杏叶制剂联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗尘肺病能改善患者肺功能,抑制气道炎性反应,且无严重并发症,具有安全性、有效性和可行性。Objective: To discuss clinical effects of ginkgo leaf preparation and aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of pneumoconiosis. Methods: All 72 patients were chosen, and divided into two groups according to therapeutic regimen, 36 cases in each group. The control group took aspirin enteric-coated tablets orally, and the observation group was treated by ginkgo leaf preparation based on Western medicine therapy, to assess clinical effects and the safety of both groups when they were treated for 12 months. Results: The difference had no statistical meaning in PEF, FEV_(1), FEF75%, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α between both groups before treating(P>0.05). Compared with before treating, FEV_(1), FEF75%, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α of both groups were increased remarkably after treating for 12 months(P<0.05);the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were lowered apparently(P<0.05);and the improvements of the observation group were more better than these of the control group(P<0.05). No severe adverse reaction occurred in both groups during therapeutic periods. Conclusion: Ginkgo leaf preparation and aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of pneumoconiosis could improve lung function,inhibit airway inflammation, without severe complications, and the therapy shows safety, effectiveness and feasibility.
