从湿热中阻论治慢性乙型肝炎研究进展

摘　　要：从湿热中阻证为切入点,认为慢性乙型肝炎湿热中阻证的病因主要有外感邪气、饮食所伤、情志不遂、胆腑郁热等,湿热中阻证与肝组织病理、血清转氨酶、乙型肝炎病毒DNA、肝纤4项都有一定关联性。中医药治疗慢性乙型肝炎有独特的优势,如:经方茵陈蒿汤、龙胆泻肝汤等,中成药当飞利肝宁胶囊、乙肝清热解毒胶囊、护肝胶囊等,均对该病有较好疗效;此外,中药金线莲及穴位贴敷对该病也有一定治疗作用。By taking the pattern of damp-heat obstructing the middle energizer as the access points, it is believed that the causes of chronic hepatitis B of damp-heat obstructing the middle energizer pattern mainly contain external infection of pathogenic factor, damage caused by diet, emotional disorder, stagnated heat of gallbladder and others, the pattern of damp-heat obstructing the middle energizer is related to the pathology of liver tissue, serum transaminase, serum HBV markers and four items of liver fibrosis. TCM owns the unique advantages in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, including classical prescriptions Yinchenhao Tang, Longdan Xiegan Tang and others, Chinese patent medicine Dangfei Liganning capsules, Yigan Qingre Jiedu capsules, Hugan capsules and others, all possess better clinical effects in treating the disease;in addition, traditional Chinese medicine Jinxianlian and acupoint application have certain therapeutic effects on the disease.
