摘  要:乏燃料处理产生的高放废物处置是国内外研究重点,其中Mo的研究是热点问题。以SiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)-Na_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-Nd_(2)O_(3)为基础玻璃配方制备含Nd的硼硅酸盐玻璃,向玻璃中加入以摩尔分数0、2%、4%和6%为梯度的MoO_(3)进行烧制。先通过XRD和Raman测试分析得出在MoO_(3)掺入量为4%开始析出CaMoO_(4)晶体;然后对Mo-0,Mo-2和Mo-4进行析晶动力学分析,探究出在MoO_(3)掺量在0~2%时,析晶活化能降低,在2%~4%掺量时析晶活化能升高;最后对不同MoO_(3)掺量样品在830℃下保温3h进行二次析晶处理,在仅含Nd_(2)O_(3)的样品中主要析出的是磷灰石[Ca_(2)Nd_(8)(SiO_(4))_(6)O_(2)]相,在掺有MoO_(3)的样品中含有磷灰石[Ca_(2)Nd_(8)(SiO_(4))_(6)O_(2)]和钼酸钙(CaMoO_(4))相,同时MoO_(3)添加对Nd_(2)O_(3)的析晶有抑制作用。The disposal of high-level radioactive waste from spent fuel treatment is the focus of research at home and abroad,in which Mo is a hot issue.Borosilicate glass containing Nd were prepared with SiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)-Na_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-Nd_(2)O_(3)as the basic glass formula,and the glass is fired with MoO_(3)with the gradient of 0,2%,4%and 6%.Firstly,XRD and Raman test results showed that CaMoO_(4)crystals start to precipitate when the content of MoO_(3)is 4%.Then,the crystallization kinetics of Mo-0,Mo-2 and Mo-4 were analyzed.It was found that when the content of MoO_(3)is 0~2%,the crystallization activation energy decrease,and when the content of MoO_(3)is 2%~4%,the crystallization activation energy increase.Finally,the samples with different MoO_(3)contents were kept at 830℃for 3 hours for secondary crystallization treatment,in the samples containing only Nd_(2)O_(3),apatite[Ca_(2)Nd_(8)(SiO_(4))_(6)O_(2)]is the main precipitated phase,while apatite[Ca_(2)Nd_(8)(SiO_(4))_(6)O_(2)]and powellite(CaMoO_(4)) phases were observed in the MoO_(3)-doped samples.At the same time,the addition of MoO_(3)inhibited the crystallization of Nd_(2)O_(3).
