阻燃透明聚碳酸酯板材的制备及其性能研究

摘  要:采用双螺杆挤出机对聚碳酸酯树脂进行共混改性,研究了复配阻燃剂对聚碳酸酯板材(2 mm)的阻燃性能、光学性能以及力学性能的影响。研究发现,磺酸盐阻燃剂KSS与有机硅阻燃剂FCA-107复配使用时,聚碳酸酯板材具有良好的综合性能。结果表明:当KSS添加量为0.4%,FCA-107添加量为0.5%时,聚碳酸酯板材的阻燃效果最优,透光率为88.6%,雾度为1.22%,拉伸强度为68.6 MPa,拉伸弹性模量为2410 MPa,缺口冲击强度为68.2 kJ/m^(2)。Polycarbonate resin was blended by twin-screw extruder. The effect of compound flame retardant on the flame retardancy, optical properties and mechanical properties of polycarbonate sheet material(2 mm)was studied. It was found that when sulfonate flame retardant KSS and silicone flame retardant FCA-107 were combined, the polycarbonate sheet had good comprehensive properties. The results showed that when the addition amount of KSS was 0.4% and the addition amount of FCA-107 was 0.5%, the flame retardant effect of polycarbonate sheet was the best, the light transmittance was 88.6%, the haze was 1.22%, the tensile strength was68.6 MPa, the tensile elastic modulus was 2410 MPa, and the notched impact strength was 68.2 kJ/m^(2).
