中国式现代化创造性引领资本健康发展探析

摘　　要：中国式现代化创造性引领资本健康发展,既是必须高度重视的重大经济与政治问题,又是必须高度重视的重大理论与实践问题。中国共产党始终致力于中国式现代化的伟大实践,在认识资本的制度属性、生产要素属性的基础之上,逐步确立了社会主义公有制并建立和发展了社会主义市场经济,党创造性地将资本与中国式现代化相结合,发挥资本推动生产力发展、推动生产关系调整的积极作用,取得了显著的发展成就。全面建设社会主义现代化国家,既面临着严峻、复杂、多变的国际合作与竞争,又存在着社会制度和文明形态的较量博弈,因此需要保持较长时期、较大规模的资本总量并形成资本优势,要把握社会主义市场经济条件下的资本特性和行为规律,不断优化调整资本结构,防止资本无序扩张和无序收缩,支持和引领资本健康发展。Guiding capital keep healthy under Chinese-style modernization is an economic and political issue that must be paid attention to,as well as a practical and theoretical issue.Based on the understanding of the institutional attribute of capital and the attribute of production factors,the Communist Party of China has established socialist public ownership,and established and improved socialist market economy.We have achieved remarkable development achievements by creatively combining capital with Chinese-style modernization,which is helpful for capital to promote development of productive forces and adjustment of production relations.To build a socialist modern country in an all-round way,we still face more severe,complex and changeable international cooperation and competition,and competition game in social systems and civilized forms.We still need to maintain a long-term and large-scale capital,and form capital advantage.what’s more,we should grasp the capital characteristics and behavior laws under the socialist market economy,constantly optimize and adjust capital structure,prevent disorderly expansion and contraction of capital,and support and guide capital keep healthy.
