摘　　要：全面抗战爆发后,中共军队以高昂的战斗士气,顽强坚韧地与日军作战,军队的“战时政治工作”发挥了巨大作用。在土地革命、抗日战争的烽火中,中共逐渐开创、发展、完善了一套在作战中进行动员工作的运作机制。战场动员以连队为基本单元,以党支部为核心,直接对士兵展开,贯穿战前、战时、战后三个阶段。在深化动员的过程中,中共以在战地制定具体化战斗口号、开展思想动员、发动革命竞赛、组织慰劳部队、追悼烈士活动等方式,充分激发士兵的战斗热忱,强化对党和人民军队的心理认同,增进军民之间的血脉联系。这一系列丰富而精致的战场动员工作,是中共军队以弱敌强、取得军事斗争胜利的重要因素。After the outbreak of the comprehensive Anti-Japanese War, the army of the CPC fought with the Japanese army with high fighting morale and tenacity, and the army’s political work in wartime played a huge role. Tempered by the flames of the Agrarian Revolution and the Anti-Japanese War, the CPC gradually created, developed and improved a set of operation mechanisms for mobilization in combat. Conducted directly towards soldiers, the battlefield mobilization took a company as the basic unit and a CPC Party branch as the core, and ran through three stages before, during and after a battle. During the process of in-depth mobilization, the CPC fully stimulated soldiers’ zeal for fight, consolidated the psychological identification with the CPC and the People’s Army and thereby enhanced the flesh-and-blood ties between the army and the people through formulating specific battle slogans, conducting ideological mobilization, launching revolutionary competition, organizing the activities for troop comforting and martyr memorial on the battlefield, etc. This series of rich and delicate battlefield mobilization efforts work as an important factor that cannot be ignored for the CPC army to defeat a strong and superior force and win the military struggle with a weak force.
