妊娠期糖尿病的筛查和规范化治疗对妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨将血糖筛查和规范化治疗应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者中的效果。方法选取60例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组实施常规治疗,研究组实施血糖筛查和规范化治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组并发症发生率为13.33%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血糖筛查和规范化治疗应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者中效果良好,可提升治疗质量,具有良好的应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of blood glucose screening and standardized treatment on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 60 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received blood glucose screening and standardized treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The complication rate of the study group was 13.33%,which was lower than 40.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After intervention,the fasting blood glucose level and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of blood glucose screening and standardized remedy in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus has a good eff ect,can improve the quality of treatment,and has good application value.
