摘 要:目的探讨产程标准饮食管理在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)产妇围生期的应用。方法选取80例GDM产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察组采用产程标准饮食管理,对照组临产后自由进食。比较两组产程相关指标及分娩相关指标。结果观察组产程能量摄入量50~150 kcal/h的比率高于对照组,产程最高血糖值、产程高血糖发生率、胰岛素使用率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第一/第二产程时间、活跃期时间、新生儿低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产程标准饮食管理可维持GDM产妇围生期血糖稳定,促进产程顺利进行,减少新生儿低血糖发生。Objective To explore the application of standard diet management in the perinatal period of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 80 parturients with GDM were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received standard diet management during labor,while the control group ate freely after labor.The indexes related to labor process and delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of 50 to 150 kcal/h of energy intake during labor in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the maximum blood glucose value in labor process,the incidence of hyperglycemia during labor and insulin utilization rate were lower than those in the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The first/second stage of labor time,active stage time and incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standard diet management during labor can maintain the stability of perinatal blood sugar in GDM women,promote the smooth progress of labor,and reduce the occurrence of neonatal hypoglycemia.
