摘 要:高血压是一种常见的心血管疾病,当前我国高血压的患病率及病死率持续上升,且其并发症的致残致死率居高不下。血压持续升高可导致心、脑、肾、血管等多个靶器官损害。本文就中药防治高血压靶器官损害相关信号通路的研究进展作一综述,归纳出RhoA/ROCK、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、内皮素-1/一氧化氮、转化生长因子β1/Smads、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B、Toll样受体4/核转录因子κB相关6条信号通路,以期为临床诊疗高血压及其靶器官损害的进一步研究提供理论证据。Hypertension is a common cardiovascular disease.At present,the prevalence and mortality of hypertension in China continue to rise,the morbidity and mortality of complications remain high.The continuous increase of blood pressure can cause damage to multiple target organs such as heart,brain,kidney and blood vessels.This article reviews the research progress of signal pathways related to the prevention and treatment of hypertension target organ damage by traditional Chinese medicine,and summarizes six signal pathways related to RhoA/ROCK,renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,endothelin-1/nitric oxide,transforming growth factor-β1/Smads,phosphatidylinositide 3-kinases/protein kinase B,and Toll-like receptor 4/nuclear transcription factor-κB,in order to provide theoretical evidence for further research on clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypertension and its target organ damage.
